Scott Solomon is a veteran of New York State Government and works with clients on an array of issues before the State of New York. He has most recently served as Legislative Director for two New York State Senators.
As the Legislative Director for Senator Stachowski, the most senior Member of the Senate at the time, Solomon worked closely on budget issues involving healthcare, higher education, economic development, and transportation. This experience provided invaluable knowledge of the budget process and allowed him to navigate the best avenues to secure funding for his clients.
As the Legislative Director for Senator Carlucci, Solomon created and tracked legislation, as well as managed the Senator’s office in Albany. He developed and secured passage of budgetary, healthcare and regulatory legislation, including “Lauren’s Law.”
Solomon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Buffalo and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Upstate New York ALS Association.
