Dianne draws from her experience of over seven years as a senior staffer in the US Senate, five years in non-profit management, three years directing grants development in higher education, and two years lobbying state government to bring wholistic service to clients seeking public funding. Her services have resulted in local government, health systems, colleges and universities and companies acquiring over $900M in federal and state monies.
Dianne leads the practice’s grant acquisition services, developing client funding needs assessments, identifying federal, state, and local grant opportunities, analyzing opportunity ROI. She works directly with clients to develop grant applications, advocates for public funding and provide technical assistance on grant and contract implementation. Her long standing relationships with appropriators in both the US Senate and House and throughout federal agencies are key to successfully assisting clients in winning federal funds.
Advocacy on behalf of her clients includes securing appropriations wins, successfully securing key federal tax provisions, and landing policy and regulatory changes in student loan, health care, economic development, education, workforce and nutrition programs.
