Sofia Reyes is a current sophomore at Fordham University studying Political Science and Marketing. She is from a small town just outside of Chicago, but currently lives in New York City for school. At Fordham, she is involved in a plethora of extracurricular activities, including the Campus Activities Board, Fordham Political Consulting, and Volunteer Coordinator for Fordham Senior Week. This past summer, she had the opportunity to intern with New Chicago Consulting, primarily focused on the Illinois Women’s Institute for Leadership Training Academy, where she conducted donor research and assisted with programming. Sofia also had the opportunity to serve as a counselor in a week-long mock government program called Girls State, where she taught high school seniors about the government process and empowering young women in politics. In her free time, she loves exploring New York and all it has to offer, and can often find her in the standby line for Saturday Night Life. Sofia is thrilled to have the opportunity to work as En-vision’s Legislative Intern this semester and can not wait for the work ahead!
