New York Primary Day Results

There are approximately 1.7 million absentee ballots that need to be counted statewide. There is no breakdown available at this time as to how many are in each Congressional, State Senate, State Assembly district so each of these races is subject to change once those have been counted. The best estimate today is that the absentee ballots will be reported by July 1. Assuming there is a small margin of victory for any candidate after all the ballots have been counted, we would expect legal challenges to take us well into the summer.

Below is where races stand that were considered competitive primary’s — or are open seats that will be competitive in November.

If you have any questions about these or any other races, please do not hesitate to contact us.
